peaceful life for people in disadvantaged regions of the world by providing training, technical expertise and Internet access.

WiRED appreciates the opportunity to work with you and will attempt to create the right volunteer role that fulfills your interests.
Our goal is to help you get the most out of your volunteer experience. We invite you to review the following list of current volunteer
opportunities. Please let us know if you see a volunteer role that is of interest. No mandatory length of service is required. No
mandatory training is required. All materials are provided Volunteers are reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses A staff member will be
accessible by email or phone to guide you as needed.
IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING VOLUNTEER ROLES
- Researcher -- conduct research on prospective funding sources. Must have access to the Internet. Average of 6 hours per month.
- Writer -- assist with the composition of proposals, letters, articles, etc. Average of 8 hours per month.
- Administrative -- prepare informational packets, compile large mailings, create and print merge letters. Average of 4 hours per month.
